Listán Negro
Black is the most widespread variety throughout Canarias. With long and conical cluster, presents spherical berries and flattened at the poles of blue-black color,. Wine presents aromas of red fruits, raspberries and blackberries and hints of liquorice , mint and black pepper. It has a very decisive and clear mineral characteristic of this variety.


Tintilla
Normally their clusters are small or medium and small berries, spherical, highly colored and juicy, forming it compact and cylindrical, with shades between blue and black. Nose: black fruits, chocolate, spices and snuff. It is perceived as a wine with great color intensity. The palate has a well defined structure between soft tannins and unctuous texture.
Negramoll
Its cultivation appears to be related to the onset of viticulture in Canary Islands. This variety has an average age of sprouting in which an elliptical berry red-violet dark conical form and short racemes. In the wine it has a peculiar aroma of freshly ground coffee and black fruits, on the palate reminiscent of red fruits like watermelon or Granada, It is fresh character with balsamic tones and vegetables such as fennel and aniseed.


Castellana
Large mature leaf, pentagonal limbo. Long teeth length and straight sides. Petiole sinus base in “V”. small, conical, short, medium compactness with short peduncles cluster. Berry elliptical-short, black, and colorless pruinosa pulp.
Soil type
Ground apiconada in the surface of work, about 40 cms. Then comes a layer of volcanic ash what allows a good drainage, without encharcamientos in the roots.
