This wine has an intense red colour and a high intensity appearance. It has a complex aroma, resulting from the blend of different kinds of mature fruit, such as figs, blackberries and cherries. Also, being 8 months in French oak barrels, extracts a soft touch of vanilla.
Pairing: It pairs well with cured red meat, charcoal grilled meat, spoon dishes (such as lentils with Canarian black pork) and desserts made with dark chocolate.
